This large and gentle-looking explorer bear is made by Paul Thompson, who began bear-making in 1996. His bears are exclusively available from Teddy Bears of Witney.
Made of hand-dyed, sparse and wavy, old gold mohair, Edmund has black glass eyes and soft, brown leather paw pads. Softly filled with wood shavings, with glass beads added for weight, Edmund wears cotton trousers, a checked cotton shirt, a Gabardine waistcoat with vintage brass buttons and a flat leather cap. He has a lined rucksack, full of possessions, on his back.
