From the Steiff archives, unusual and eye-catching hen is made of speckled black and brown, manmade plush with a felt comb, wattle and tail feathers. His back opens as a pocket so that he can be used as an egg cosy. In mint condition with button, tag andoriginal, hand-written Steiff archive label dated 1978 (see photo).
