Honey Bunch was the name given to the original American bear by her owner Betty Simpson from Shreveport, Louisiana.
She is made from sparse, extensively hand-plucked and aged brown mohair with amber and black safety eyes and felt paw pads, which have, also, been treated to look age-worn. Like the original bear, Honey Bunch wears a felt bonnet, decorated with vintage-style flowers and a cream lace collar. She has no labels of any kind but comes with a certificate signed by Ian Pout. We think she must have been the prototype for the edition. Only one available.
