This is the 9th edition of 'The Great American Bear' and is attired in an “unofficial” uniform which can be found in the wardrobe of almost every American: a classic pair of jeans and a comfortable hoodie. Naturally, the Teddy bear’s outfit appropriately features shades of red, white, and blue. He wears an intricately handmade pair of denim jeans that are inspired on a legendary style from the early 1900’s - a design that’s still popular today. Likewise, the Great American Teddy bear’s body style is a version of a 1909 Steiff design. He’s sewn from RMS-certified blonde mohair, and fully jointed. His feet are carded so he can stand - allowing him to proudly show off his hoodie. His shirt is emblazoned with the letters “USA”, with each letter showing the stars and stripes of the American Flag in the background. There’s no better way to celebrate the U.S.A. than with this iconically dressed patriotic Teddy bear.
