From the Steiff archives, this medium to large-sized marmot is made of soft and dense, long pile caramel-grey manmade plush with brown and black safety eyes, and a bushy brown tail. No button but, otherwise, in mint condition with chest tag and hand-written archive label dated 1976 (see photo).
