It would be easy to believe that this large and eye-catching bear was made in the very early 1900s. Heavily filled with a mixture of wood shavings and mineral granules, Blodwyn is made of gold-beige mohair, which AliJayne has aged extensively but with subtlety. He has a centre seam head, black glass eyes, a skip-stitched nose, hand-painted facial detail and aged linen paw pads. He wears a romper suit made of vintage, polka dot linen and a felt Bavarian-style hat. He has a gold-plated heart in his left ear.
