In a gesture of playfulness, the unconventional free spirit once stuck his tongue out at his pursuers – a moment captured by photographer Arthur Sasse. The picture quickly circulated around the world, becoming an iconic image. This moment is celebrated by Steiff with  Einstein’s Famous Formula: E=mc² embroidered on the bear's foot pad.
