Salty is made of old, off-white cotton plush, which Joan has shaded to appear well-loved. He has black glass eyes and felt paw pads. Firmly pellet filled, he wears a cotton sailor jacket. Number 12 of the edition (made for Teddy Bears of Witney) he is as new with certificate.
