Sally has poured her heart-felt whimsy into this easy-going garden dweller. Tiptree is finely detailed and sensitively made of soft artificial velvet with reddish brown plush hair, a stitched mouth and eye-brows, black glass eyes and hand-painted freckles. He wears a knitted hat (with a dragonfly applique), a printed cotton shirt, linen rompers, knitted socks and felt boots. He is designed to sit – on a log, shelf or anything that comes to hand -he holds a linen bag of knitted strawberries.
