This spectacular and very large bear is named after Janice, who has worked with Ian at Teddy Bears of Witney since the shop first opened in April 1985. The bear is made of curly and distressed, hand-tipped, pale beige mohair with brown and black safety eyes, brown stitching and soft leather paw pads. She wears a lace-edged, polka dot Peter Pan collar. Softly pellet filled and highly tactile, Jan’s design was inspired by the wonderful circa 1926 ‘Happy’, who ‘lived’ in Witney between 2020 and 2024. She comes with a numbered certificate, signed by Jan.
