This jolly, little golly is made of felt with amber and black glass eyes and faux fur hair. He has a wired (slightly movable) head and wired arms. Each of his hands hold a plastic pole for the embroidered felt ‘I Love Teddy Bears of Witney’ banner above. Jody’s name label on his back is slightly faded (see photo) but Buddy himself (number 15 of the edition) is in excellent condition with certificate.
