This Cheeky was made the Merrythought Club Open Day in 2007 to celebrate the very first Cheeky bear, designed by Jean Barber in 1957.
Medium-sized, she (?) is made of sparse and distressed, pink mohair with brown and black safety eyes, black mohair ears and foot pads, and a white felt muzzle and hands. Like all Cheeky’s, she has a bell in each ear. Number 150 of the edition, she is in mint condition with certificate, hand-signed by Oliver Holmes, then owner of Merrythought.
