This large French bear is made of short pile, gold mohair with shoe button eyes. Firmly stuffed with wood shavings, his ears are set into his head. All his paw pads have been re-covered with felt (see photos). His original bright gold mohair can be seen on his back and in the crevices of his joints. He is faded elsewhere. For all his faults, he remains a ‘character bear’. (If bought by someone outside the UK, there will be a GBP surcharge towards the airmail cost.)
