This small to medium-sized bear is made of silky blond-gold viscose with black glass eyes and felt paw pads. Tobias wears a finely made, check-lined, duffle coat (with a train ticket in one pocket). He comes with his suitcase, as shown. Number 12 of the edition (made for Teddy Bears of Witney) he is as new with certificate.
