Made exclusively for members of the Steiff Club in 2009, this bear is a tribute to Margarete Steiff, who founded the company in 1880. Made of soft, dense and luxurious, white alpaca, she has black lacquered wood eyes and felt paw pads. She wears a cameo pendant, portraying Margarete Steiff in her wheelchair, and comes with a scrapbook of Steiff and Giengen memories. As new with box and certificate. Lovely bear.
