This sensitive replica of the circa 1906 Ideal teddy bear in our museum is made of sparse and distressed, cinnamon mohair with black button eyes, a twill nose and felt paw pads. Named after Theodore Roosevelt, after whom the Teddy himself is named, Theo wears a replica Roosevelt election pin. Softly pellet filled, he comes with a certificate signed by Ian Pout.
