This small bear is made of dark red and blue viscose with a blond viscose head, which Joan has shaved to near total baldness. He has black glass eyes and felt paw pads. Softly pellet filled, he wears a vintage ribbon clown collar and an added lined clown hat. He carries a Union Jack paper windmill in a Union Jack-decorated box. Number 9 of the edition (made for Teddy Bears of Witney) he is as new with certificate.
